I was ready to write something about a concert I was yesterday, I thought of writing something about Eurovision that is hot these days, even a meeting I had with someone from my school while eating pasta in a downtown restaurant. But then I realised I have something likethe first anniversary for this blog. My 100 th post… Idon;t know why but it means something to arrive at POST 100. It shows that you continued, that you loved posting. On the other hand it scares me a bit that I go on, it’s very peculiar…

Why I started this blog is already said in About Me. Partly because I like talking about gay life in Greece, and what is wrong about us (homosexuals) and them (straight, homophobic). I also liked talking about movies, figure skating, music and lyrics. I tried to keep it as simple as possible, not very polished, not to designed. I always thought that what I liked about blogs was spontaneity, what we write.

But the greatest thing about the whole thing was this pseudonym. I was able to express myself freely, without my friends knowing what’s going on, without people being able to realize who was I. It’s completely different to have a mask. It’s more like being a superhero (i am too openly gay to call my pseudonym a closet).

Everytime i am in front of my computer I have this mask and i am ready to talk about life and have the illusion of intervention. I put my cape ( I know capes are a bit kitch for superheroes but if I am to be one, let me be with grandiosity)

And as I have all my costume on, I am IFYOUASKME and ready to write down my thoughts.
